CHS’s Child Care Payment Program provides subsidized child care services (free or low-cost child care) to eligible families through the Alternative Payment Program, CalWORKs, and Family Child Care Home Education Network (FCCHEN) Program.

The Yolo County Children’s Alliance – CalWORKs Child Care Subsidy Program (YCCA-CCCS) works in partnership with Yolo County Health and Human Services to ensure families receiving cash aid through CalWORKs have access to affordable, reliable child care. Our mission is to help parents pursue work, education, or training while building a path toward long-term self-sufficiency.
